Drop shadow 1,1,60,6

After resizing > adjust sharpness > sharpen.

Open blank image 700 x 700.

Copy and paste paper 4 into selection, apply mask, merge group.

Add element 45, add drop shadow.

Add element 6 , add drop shadow.

Add element 49, resize 60%, add drop shadow.

Using magic wand, click inside frame, sect, modify expand by 4, new raster layer, paste paper 6 into selection.

Arrange move down.

Keep selected, add tube, select, invert, delete, lower opacity to 80, select none.

Merge these 3 layers together, rotate to the left.

Duplicate, image mirror, move up a little.

Add element 42, resize 50%,  add drop shadow.

Add element 13, resize 40%, rotate to the right, arrange move down.

Select top layer.

Add element 26, resize 60%, image mirror, add drop shadow.

Add element 46, resize 60%.

Add element 79 .

Add element 17, resize 60%,  add drop shadow.

Add element 18, resize 60%,  add drop shadow.

Add tube, resize, add drop shadow.

Add element 43, resize 60%,  add drop shadow.

Add element 1, resize 80%, add drop shadow.

Resize to liking, add copyright and name.

Fright Night

Drop shadow 1,1,60,6

After resizing > adjust sharpness > sharpen.

Open blank image 700 x 700.

Copy and paste paper 7 into selection, apply mask, merge group.

Add element 135, resize 80%, add drop shadow.

Using magic wand, click inside frame, select, modify, expand by 6, paste paper 10 as a new layer, select, invert delete.

Keep selected, arrange, move down.

New raster layer, apply Xenofex Lightning with the following settings

New raster layer, repeat above, hitting the random seed button.

New raster layer, repeat above, hitting the random seed button.

Rename layers, L1, L2 & L3.

Add element 76 , resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add element 96, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add element 124, resize 70%,  add drop shadow.

Add tube, duplicate, select original tube, delete, select none.

Move copy of tube above the frame layer, carefully erase part of her foot, so that it looks like she is stepping out of the frame.

Add element 73, resize 50%, add drop shadow, arrange, move down.

Add element 93, resize 50%, add drop shadow.

Add element 92, resize 60%, add drop shadow .

Add element 121, resize 80%,  add drop shadow.

Make top layer active.

Add element 6, resize 30%,  add drop shadow.

Add element 68, resize 40%, duplicate, add drop shadow.

Add element 87, resize 20%, add drop shadow.

Add element 145,  add gradient glow.

Resize to liking, add copyright and name.

Animation

Close L2 and L3, copy merged, paste as anew animation.

Close L1, open L2, copy merged, paste after current frame

Close L2, open L3, copy merged, paste after current frame.

Edit , select all, frame properties - 20.

Save as gif.

Copy merged, paste as a new animation.

Duplicate until you have 21 frames.

Open animation, select all, copy, click on 1st frame of animation and drag onto 1st frame of your tag.

Save as gif.

Apply mask, merge group.

Keep selected, add element 45 as a new layer, select, invert, delete.

Add tube as a new layer, duplicate, click on original, delete.

Select copy of tube, arrange, move up, using eraser, delete parts hanging over bottom of frame.
