Drop shadow 1,1,50,5

After resizing > adjust sharpness > sharpen.

Open blank image 700 x 700.

 Select all, paste paper 2 into selection, select none.

Add element 14, resize 60%, add drop shadow.

Add element 9, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add element 53, resize 30%, add drop shadow.

Add element 25, resize 50%,  add drop shadow.

Add element 48,  resize 70%, add drop shadow.

Add element 69,  add drop shadow.

Using freehand selection tool, carefully trace around the red lights, promote selection to layer, adjust brightness and contrast bright, select none, rename red light.

Repeat for the yellow and green lights.

Add element 54, resize 50%, add drop shadow.

Add element 57,  resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add element 52, resize 50% ,add drop shadow.

Add element 42, resize 60%, image mirror, add drop shadow.

Add element 27, resize 30%, add drop shadow.

Add tube, resize ,  add drop shadow.

Add element 46, resize 70%, add drop shadow.

Add element 44, resize 30%.

Add element 4, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add element 3, resize 35%, add drop shadow.

New raster layer, flood fill with colour of choice, select, modify contract by 5 , delete, add drop shadow.

Resize, add name and copyright.

Animation

Close  yellow and green lights, copy merged, paste as a new animation.

Close red lights, open yellow lights, copy merged, paste after current frame.

Close yellow lights, open green lights, copy merged, paste after current frame.

Select all, copy, click on last frame, paste after current frame, reverse animation.

Animation properties - 20.

Save as gif.

Animation

Copy merged, paste as a new animation, duplicate until you have 16 frames, select all.

Open animation, resize 80%, select all, copy.

Drag 1st frame of animation onto 1st frame of tag.

Select animation, undo, repeat as above.

Save as gif.
