After resizing > adjust sharpness > sharpen.

Open blank image 700 x 700.

New raster layer, select all, paste paper 9 into selection, select none.

Apply mask, merge group.

Add element 64, resize 70%, add drop shadow.

Add element 78, add drop shadow.

Add element 3, add drop shadow.

Add element 81, resize 60%,  add drop shadow.

Add element 98, resize 40%,  add drop shadow .

Add element 83, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add element 88, resize 40%, image mirror,  add drop shadow.

Add tube, resize, add drop shadow.

After resizing > adjust sharpness > sharpen.

Open template, canvas size 700 x 700.

Delete background layer, blue strip, blue oval, and large green circle.

New raster layer, select all, paste paper 8 into selection, select none.

Apply mask, merge group.

Select right purple strip, select all, select float, defloat, new raster layer, paste paper 7 into selection, select none, add drop shadow.

Delete right purple strip.

Repeat for left purple strip.

Repeat for green strip, using paper 11.

Repeat for left purple circle, but use element 70.

Add element 64, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Select right purple circle, float, defloat, new raster layer, paste paper 5 into selection, select none, add drop shadow.

Delete right purple circle.

Repeat for orange oval, using paper 2, add drop shadow.

Repeat for purple rectangle, using paper 10.

Repeat for green circle, using paper 1.

Add element 7, resize 70%.

Select green stars, float defloat, new raster layer, flood fill with silver pattern, select none, add drop shadow.

Add element 83,  resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add element 37, resize 80% , add drop shadow.

Add tube, resize add drop shadow.

Add element 99, resize 60%, add drop shadow.

Add element 93, resize 50%, add drop shadow.

Resize, add name and copyright.
