Drop shadow 1,1,60,6

After resizing > adjust sharpness > sharpen.

Open blank image 650 x 650

 Select all, paste paper 2 into selection, select none.

Apply mask, merge group.

Add element 80.

Add element 20.

Add element 82, erase top part of the cord, duplicate x 2, rename globe 1, 2 and 3.

Select globe 1,apply Xenofex constellation sparkle with the following settings.

Repeat for globe 2 & 3 hitting the random seed button each time.

Add element 43, resize 80%, add drop shadow.

Add element 95, resize 20%, add drop shadow.

Add element 44, resize 80%,  add drop shadow.

Add element 45,  resize 80%,  add drop shadow.

Add element 46, resize 80%, add drop shadow.

Add tube, resize, add drop shadow.

Add element 31, resize 40%, add drop shadow. 

Add element 97, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add element 53, resize 40%, rotate right,add drop shadow.

Add element 1, resize 30%,  add drop shadow.

Add element 89, resize 15%,duplicate, image mirror add drop shadow, merge down.

Duplicate x 2, rename star 1, 2 & 3.

Select star 1, add noise , random, 100%, monochrome.

Repeat for star 2 and 3.

Add element 64, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add element 33, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add element 66, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add element 32, resize 15%, add drop shadow.

Add element 40, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add element 35, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add element 50, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Resize, add name and copyright.

Animation

Close globe 2&3, and star 2 &3, copy merged paste as anew animation.

Close globe 1 and star1, open globe 2 and star 2, copy merged, paste after current frame.

Close globe 2 and star 2, open globe 3 and star 3, copy merged, paste after current frame.

Save as gif.

Resize, add name and copyright.

Animation

Copy mask layer, paste as a new animation, duplicate until you have 23 frames, select all..

Open animation, select all, copy, drag 1st frame of animation onto 1st frame of tag, place near top left corner.

Repeat as above, placing near top right.

Select all, propogate paste.

Back to psp, close mask layer, copy merged, paste as anew animation.

Edit, copy, click on animation, paste in selected frame, when happy with the position, release.

Save as gif.
