Drop shadow 2,2,65,2

Open blank image 700 x700

Copy and paste paper 3 as a new layer, apply mask, merge group.

Add element 42,resize 70% add drop shadow.

Add element 47, resize 80%, add drop shadow.

Add element 15, add drop shadow.

Click inside frame, select, modify, expand by 4, add paper 10, select invert, delete, drag below frame layer.

Add element 68, resize 60%, delete.

Add element 18, resize 60%.

Add element 45, resize 50%, add drop shadow.

Add element 80, resize 70%, image mirror,  add drop shadow.

Add element 101, resize 60%, add drop shadow.

Add element 85, resize 90%,duplicate 3 times, add drop shadow.

Add element 2, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add element 69, resize 60%,rotate left 15%, erase part of the ring so it looks like it is hanging off the wheel,add drop shadow.

Add element 96, resize 25%, add drop shadow.

Add element 71, resize 30%, add drop shadow.

Add element 9, add drop shadow.

Add tube of choice, resize as needed, add drop shadow.

Add element 108, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add element 5, resize 30%, add drop shadow.

Add element 88, resize 30%, add drop shadow.

Add element 99, resize 30%, add drop shadow.

Add element 97, resize 30%, add drop shadow.

Add element 59, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add element 112, resize 90%, add small gradient glow.

Add element 16, resize 30%, add drop shadow.

Add element 95, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Resize to your liking, add copyright and name, save as  png..
