Drop shadow 1,1,65,6.

After resizing > adjust sharpness > sharpen.

Open blank image 700 x700

New raster layer, select all, copy and paste paper 29 into selection, select none, apply mask, merge group.

Add element 54, resize 70%, free rotate left 90%, add drop shadow.

Using magic wand click inside frame, select, modify expand by 4, paste element 7 into selection, select, invert delete, arrange 

move down.

Keep selected, add tube as new layer, delete, select none, opacity 60%.

Add the following elements, arrange to your liking

Element 6, resize 60%, duplicate, add drop shadow.

Element 45, resize 30%, add drop shadow.

Element 7, resize 60%, duplicate,mirror image, add drop shadow.

Element 50, resize 30%, duplicate, add drop shadow.

Element 3, resize 30%, duplicate, add drop shadow.

Element 61, resize 60%, add drop shadow.

Add element 91, resize 60%, add drop shadow.

Add tube resize to your liking, add drop shadow.

Resize to your liking, add copyright and name, save as a png.
