Tube of choice - I am using the artwork of Alex Prihodko

Drop shadow 1,1,65, 6

Open blank image 650 x 650 

New raster layer, select all, paste paper 4 into selection, select none, apply mask, merge group.

Add cluster 1, resize 15%, add drop shadow.

Add cluster 2, resize 15%, add drop shadow.

Add flower 1, resize 15%, add drop shadow.

Arrange merge down x 2.

Using freehand selection, draw around the frame, new raster layer, paste paper 1 into selection, move below the frame.

Keep selected, add tube, resize, duplicate,on original tube layer select, invert , delete.

On duplicate carefully erase parts of the tube overhanging the frame.

Add element time waits, resize 15%,  add drop shadow.

Add  clock element , resize 15%, add drop shadow.

Resize to your liking, add copyright and name.
