Tube of choice - I am using the artwork of Christine Marie Kotlark

Drop shadow 1,1,60,6

Open blank image 700 x 700

New raster layer, select all, paste paper 9 into selection, select none, apply mask, merge group.

Add frame 2, resize 32%,  add drop shadow.

Using magic wand, select inside of frame, select, modify, expand by 5, new raster layer, paste paper 8 into selection, arrange, move 

down.

Keep selected, add tube, duplicate, select original tube, invert, delete.

Select duplicate tube, arrange, move up.

Using erser carefully remove parts of the tube at the bottom of the frame.

Add element 18, resize 15%, image mirror, add drop shadow.

Add element 2, resize 18%, add drop shadow.

Add element 15, resize 20%, add drop shadow.

Add element 13, resize 13%, image mirror, duplicate,  add drop shadow.

Add element 19, resize 10% , add drop shadow.

Resize to your liking, add copyright and name.
