Drop shadow 2,2,60,6

After resizing > adjust sharpness > sharpen.

Open blank image 700 x 700.

New layer, select all, paste paper 1 into selection , select none.

Apply  mask 79, merge group.

New layer, select all, paste paper 1 into selection , select none.

Apply mask 99, merge group.

Add element 50, resize 80%.

Add element 57.

Add element 28, resize 50%, add drop shadow.

Add element 22, resize 30%, duplicate resize 80%, duplicate x 3, add drop shadow .

Add element  90, resize 60%, image mirror, duplicate, resize 80%, add drop shadow.

Add element 17, resize 25%,  add drop shadow.

Add element 91, resize 30%, rotate right, add drop shadow.

Duplicate x 3, resize, add drop shadow.

Add element 16, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add element 72, resize 80%, add drop shadow.

Add tube, resize ,add drop shadow.

Add element 53, resize 50%, add drop shadow.

Add element 30, resize 18%,  add drop shadow.

Resize to liking, add copyright and name.
