Drop shadow 5,5,20,5.

After resizing > adjust sharpness > sharpen.

Open blank image 700 x 700, flood fill with white.

New raster layer, select all, paste paper 5 into selection, select none.

Apply mask, merge group.

Add element 28.

Add element 48,  resize 80%, add drop shadow.

Add element 29, resize 30%, duplicate x 3, add drop shadow.

Add element 35, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add element 2, resize 40%, image mirror, add drop shadow.

Add element 4, add drop shadow.

Add element 34,  resize 50%, duplicate x 3, add drop shadow.

Add element 10, resize 50%, add drop shadow.

Add tube, resize, add drop shadow.

Add element 9, resize 40%, add drop shadow. 

Add element 7, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

New raster layer, select all, paste element 16 into selection, select none, add drop shadow..

Add element 26, resize 80%, add  drop shadow, merge down.

Resize, add name and copyright.

Animation

Copy merged, paste as new animation, duplicate until you have 21 frames, select all.

Open animation, select all, copy, drag 1st frame of animation on to 1st frame of tag, release.

Repeat as above.

Save as gif.
