Tube by Brooke Gillette available at Artistic Dreams Imaging

Drop shadow 1,1,50,6

After resizing > adjust sharpness > sharpen.

Open blank image 650 x 650

New raster layer, select all, paste paper 3 into selection, select none.

Apply mask, merge group.

Add element cloud, resize 70%.

Add element tree, resize 70%, add drop shadow. 

Add element stone walkway, resize 70%,  add drop shadow.

Add element leafspray, resize 50%,  duplicate merge down.

Add element house, resize 85%, add drop shadow.

Add element arch, add drop shadow.

Add element tulip, resize 35%, duplicate x 5, add drop shadow.

Add element butterfly, resize 25%, duplicate, image mirror, add drop shadow.

Add leaf 4, resize 70%, add drop shadow.

Add element frog, resize 30%, add drop shadow.

Add tube, resize, add drop shadow.

Add element glitterdust, resize 80%.

Add name and copyright

Animation.

Copy merged, paste as a new animation, duplicate until you have 14 frames.

Select all.

Open  lantern animation , resize 35%, select all, copy, drag 1st frame of animation onto 1st frame of tag, release.

Save as gif.
