Drop shadow 0,0,50,5

After resizing > adjust sharpness > sharpen.

Open blank image 650 x 650

New raster layer, select all, paste paper 7 into selection, select none.

Apply mask, merge group.

Add sand 2,  add drop shadow.

Add starfish 1, resize 50%, add drop shadow. 

Add water 3,  add drop shadow.

Add wave 1, add drop shadow.

Add wave 2, add drop shadow.

Add stone arch,  resize 60%, add drop shadow.

Add seaweed, resize 80%, add drop shadow.

Add chest 1, resize 60%,  add drop shadow.

Add stone, resize 40%, image mirror, add drop shadow.

Add koi 2, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add bubbles,  add drop shadow.

Add shell 2, resize 30%, add drop shadow.

Add shell 1, resize 35%, add drop shadow.

Add tube, resize, add drop shadow.

Add fish 2, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add jellyfish 1, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add octopus 1, resize 60%,  add drop shadow.

Add deco 2, , resize 30%, add drop shadow.

Add sparkle 4.

Add seahorse 2, resize 40%, add drop shadow.
