Open blank image 650 x 650

New raster layer, select all, paste paper 4 into selection, select none.

Apply mask, merge group.

Add element dots, duplicate, merge down.

Add element window. 

Add element grass, resize 80%, duplicate, image mirror,  add drop shadow.

Add element swoosh, adjust, add noise, gaussain - 100.

Add element ladder, resize 80%,  add drop shadow.

Add tube, resize, add drop shadow.

Add element flowers, add drop shadow.

Add element bunny, resize 80%, add drop shadow.

Add element butterfly, resize 70%,  add drop shadow.

Add element lights, resize 80%, add drop shadow.

Add name and copyright

Save as png.

Resize, add name and copyright.

Animation

Copy merged paste as a new animation, duplicate until you have 21 frames, select all.

Open animation 334, select all, copy, drag 1st frame of animation onto 1st frame of tag.

Save as gif.

Using freehand selection, draw around the frame, add paper 5, resize 30%, select invert, delete, select none, arrange, move 

down.

Add element 44, resize 20%, add drop shadow.

Add element 58, resize 15%, add drop shadow.

Add element 39, resize 8%, add drop shadow.

Add element 15, resize 7%, add drop shadow.
