Drop shadow 1,1,65,5

After resizing > adjust sharpness > sharpen.

Open blank image 700 x 700, floodfill with white.

New raster layer, select all, copy and paste paper 1 into selection, select none, apply mask, merge group.

Add element 2, resize 40%,add drop shadow.

Add element 134, resize 80%, add drop shadow.

Add element 20, resize 80%, add drop shadow .

Add element 14, resize 35%, duplicate, resize 75%, merge down, duplicate, image mirror, add drop shadow.

Add element 110, resize 70%, image mirror, add drop shadow.

Add element 29, resize 60%,  blend mode screen..

Add element 130, resize 60%, image mirror, add drop shadow.

Add element 146.

Add element 21,  resize 30%, add drop shadow. 

Add element 11, resize 30%,  add drop shadow.

Add element 6, resize 60%, add drop shadow.

Add element 10, resize 30%, add drop shadow.

Add element 4, resize 50%,  add drop shadow.

Add element 23, resize 30%, add drop shadow.

Add element 32, resize 30%, add drop shadow.

Add element 13, resize 25%, add drop shadow.

Add element 132, resize 60%, add drop shadow.

Add element 106, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add element 26, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add name and ©, resize to your liking .

Animation

Copy merged, paste as a new animation.

Open  flashball animation, resize 40%.

Duplicate your tag until you have 12 frames, select all.

Click on animation, edit, select all, edit copy, drag 1st frame of animation onto 1st frame of your tag, position and release.

Save as gif.
