Drop shadow 1,1,600,6

After resizing > adjust sharpness > sharpen.

Open blank image 700 x 700.

New raster layer, select all, copy and paste paper 5 into selection, select none, apply mask, merge group.

Add element 71, resize 70%,add drop shadow.

Add element 41, resize 70%, add drop shadow.

add close up of tube, resize, apply 20-20 mask, merge group,carefully erase parts of tube around the frame, opacity 70%.

Add element 20,  add drop shadow.

Add element 56, resize 70%, add drop shadow.

Add element 49, add drop shadow.

Add tube, resize, add drop shadow.

Add element 24, resize 70%, add drop shadow, arrange, move down.

Add element 55, resize 60%, duplicate, resize 80%, add drop shadow.

Add element 3, resize 50%, add drop shadow.

Add element 31, resize 40%, add drop shadow. 

Add element 95, resize 80%.

Add element 36, resize 50%,  add drop shadow.

Add element 90, resize 40%, duplicate, resize 70%, add drop shadow.

Add element 1, resize 65%, add drop shadow.

Add name and ©, resize to your liking .

Animation

Copy merged, paste as new animation, duplicate until you have 20 frames, select all.

Open animation 299, resize 70%, edit, select all, select copy, drag 1st frame of animation onto your tag, position, release.

Save as gif.
