Eye Candy 4000 HSB Noise

Scrapkit- New Year Wish by Bibi's Collection

Tube by The Hunter

Both available at Scraps N Company

Drop shadow 10,10,20,10.

After resizing > adjust sharpness > sharpen.

Open blank image 700 x 700.

 Select all, paste paper 1 into selection, select none.

Apply mask, merge group.

Add element 172, resize 60%, duplicate x 3, rename noise 1, 2, 3 and 4.

Apply HSB noise with following settings, hitting the random seed button on each layer.

Add element 99,  resize 80%, add drop shadow.

Add element 89, resize 30%, add drop shadow.

Add element 84, resize 60%, add drop shadow.

Add element 174.

Add element 37, resize 20%, add drop shadow.

Add element 98,  resize 40%,  add drop shadow.

Add element 44, resize 60%, add drop shadow.

Add element 131, resize 40%, add drop shadow. 

Add element 38, resize 40%,  add drop shadow.

Add element 36, resize 30%, image mirror, add drop shadow.

Add tube, resize, add drop shadow.

Add element 78, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add element 175, resize 60% ,  add drop shadow.

Add element 168, resize 45%.

Add word art.

Resize, add name and copyright.

Animation

Close noise 2,3 and 4, copy merged, paste as a new animation.

Close noise 1, open noise 2, copy merged, paste after current frame.

Close noise 2, open noise 3, copy merged, paste after current frame.

Close noise 3, open noise 4, copy merged, paste after current frame.

Save as gif.
